I’ve always been utterly inspired by the boho lifestyle. An unconventional life full of artistic pursuits and free-spirited adventures. I guess that’s why I left my corporate 9-5′er at an Advertising Agency to do photography full-time… to be able to work in wide open outdoor spaces filled with trees and sunlight is one of the greatest gifts I could ever get (so completely grateful!)
About once a week I go visit my horse friends at the Miami Beach stables (such a stress reliever!) After meeting this horse named, Molly, I knew I wanted to do a boho chic inspired shoot with her. Leidy (pronounced Lady) was the perfect girl for this shoot. She recently moved here from Russia and wanted some pretty pictures to send back to her husband who is still finishing up his degree over seas (I hope these will cheer him up!)
I styled the session with clothing from Free People and French Connection (love them!)

Ceresia is a singer & songwriter from the big apple. She recently started doing catalog modeling and wanted some fresh, colorful lifestyle photos for her comp card. We met up during her recent visit to Miami and went all over the city to capture a few different looks for her portfolio. We instantly clicked and I had the best time shooting with her… I just love her big brown eyes and contagious smile! Here are some of my favorites.

Check out her music at Ceresia’s World.

I had the great pleasure of photographing the Fashion Night Out event at Roger Vivier’s boutique in Bal Harbour. French shoe designer, Vivier, is known for his extravagant stiletto heels… looks more like artwork than a pair of shoes! He hosted a chic soiree for the 2010 Fall/Winter Collection for Miami’s fashionistas, magazine editors and stylists. I had a chance to photograph him in his gorgeous boutique, surrounded by all of his amazing designs!
This shoot reminded me of a certain scene from Sex and The City:
Aidan: Don’t take this the wrong way, but this place could use a little work.
Carrie: I know, but I can’t afford it.
Aidan: You’ve got eight thousand bucks worth of shoes over there.
Carrie: I needed those!”
